It's actually a brilliant, instant strategy to reduce stress, which is why we can overeat when we're unhappy but also when we're angry, overwhelmed, excited, worried, have old unresolved issues in our lives or just want to make ourselves feel better. BUT overeating, especially when it's most likely to be addictive food, often makes us feel WORSE- not just about ourselves - negatively affecting our self-esteem, but also physically, which in turn creates more stress which sets up a vicious cycle.

How The Course Works:
Each week for 5 weeks, Barbara Hunt will host a live 60-90 minute interactive phone call/webinar with content, experiential exercises, practical suggestions that fit in to even the busiest of lives, guided reflection practices, and some "laser coaching" with an optional Q&A section at the end of the calls.
You can listen on line on Tuesday nights at 8pm and watch the presentation slides, or call in on the phone or Skype (and watch the slides at the same time, on line, too!)
Even if you can't make the day or time of the call, we will send out a downloadable recording of the call and pdf notes and a link to the webinar replay, along with exercises and practices to engage during the week between calls.
We will also have a closed Facebook group exclusively for participants in this course so you can share with each other your discoveries and challenges and ah-ha moments during the course and have the option to stay engaged after the course is over.
