Each week for 5 weeks, Barbara Hunt will host a live 60 minute interactive phone call with an optional 30 minute Q&A section at the end.

Even if you can't make the day or time of the call, we will send out a replay and downloadable recording of the call and pdf notes and exercises and practices to engage during the week between calls.

We will also have a closed Facebook page exclusively for participants in this course so you can share with each other your discoveries and challenges and ah-ha moments during the course and an option to stay engaged into the future after the course is over.
